退貨與退款政策

 30 天退貨政策:

我們提供自商品送達日起 30 天內的退貨服務。  若您希望申請退貨,請於收到商品後 30 天內與我們聯繫。

## 退貨條件

為符合退貨資格,商品需符合以下條件:

- 商品必須為全新且未使用狀態

- 保留完整原包裝、標籤及配件

- 提供訂單編號或購買證明

- 商品不得有使用痕跡、人為損壞或缺件情況

請於 48 小時內與我們聯繫,並提供照片或影片,我們將盡快協助您處理換貨或退款事宜。

以下商品不接受退貨:

- 客製化/個人化商品

- 已拆封或已使用商品

- 衛生用品與貼身衣物

- 美容保養產品(使用後)

- 食品、生鮮、花卉等易腐商品

- 禮品卡

- 特價或促銷商品

- 危險物品或易燃商品

退貨運費說明

  • 若商品有瑕疵、損壞或寄送錯誤,退貨運費由本店負擔
  • 若因個人因素申請退貨(如不喜歡、尺寸問題等),退貨運費由買家自行負擔
  • 請務必先聯繫我們取得退貨授權,再寄出商品

換貨政策

目前暫不提供直接換貨服務

若您需要更換商品,請先申請退貨,待退貨完成後再重新下單購買。

## 歐盟 14 天鑑賞期

若商品配送至歐盟國家,您依當地法規享有 14 天內取消或退貨之權利。  

商品仍須保持全新未使用狀態,並保留完整包裝與標籤。

## 退款流程

收到退貨商品後,我們將於 3–5 個工作天內完成檢查並通知您審核結果。

退款核准後:

- 款項將於 10 個工作天內退回原付款方式

- 銀行或信用卡公司可能需額外 5–10 個工作天完成入帳

## 30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

To request a return, please contact us within 30 days after receiving your item.

## Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

- Be unused and in original condition

- Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories

- Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

- Not show signs of wear, damage, or missing parts

## Important Notice

Returns sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

## Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you receive:

- A damaged item

- A defective product

- The wrong item

Please contact us within 48 hours with photos or videos.  

We will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

## Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

- Customized or personalized items

- Opened or used items

- Hygiene products and underwear

- Beauty and skincare products after use

- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants, etc.)

- Gift cards

- Sale or clearance items

- Hazardous materials or flammable goods

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before purchasing.

Return Shipping Costs

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost

If the return is due to personal preference (e.g., change of mind, size issue), the return shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility

Please contact us before sending the item back to receive return authorization

## Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return the original item first and place a new order after the return is approved.

## EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days without providing a reason.

Items must remain unused and in original packaging with tags attached.

## Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status within 3–5 business days.

If approved:

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days

- Your bank or credit card provider may require an additional 5–10 business days to process the refund
