Q：多久能收到商品？

訂單成立後通常會在1–3個工作天安排出貨，出貨時間約13–15個工作天（依地區不同有所差異）。

Q：有提供超商取貨嗎？

目前提供宅配商品服務，後續將陸續開放更多商品方式。

Q：商品會過敏嗎？

我們使用適合日常配戴的成分，但因每個人體質不同，若為極度敏感肌膚，仍建議避免長時間接觸水與香水接觸。

Q：飾品可以碰水嗎？

建議避免洗澡、泡溫泉、游泳時配戴，可延長飾品壽命。

Q：商品和照片會有差異嗎？

商品皆為實拍，但因拍攝光線與螢幕顯示不同，可能有些微色差，請以實際商品為主。

Q：可以退換貨嗎？

若商品有瑕疵、寄錯商品，請於收到商品後7天內聯絡客服，我們會協助處理。

Q：如何知道訂單出貨了？

商品出貨後，系統會發送通知信至您的電子郵件，您可依信件資訊查詢商品詳情。

Q：付款方式有哪些？

目前支援銀行轉帳（匯款）及 PayPal 兩種付款方式。完成訂單後系統會提供匯款帳號，請於期限內完成付款。

Q：當日結單截止時間是幾點？

每日下午 3 點（15:00）前完成付款確認的訂單，當日安排出貨；逾時訂單將於次一工作日處理。

Q：如何使用優惠碼？

在結帳頁面找到「優惠碼」欄位，輸入後點擊套用，折扣金額將自動扣除。

How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days. Depending on your location, delivery typically takes 13-15 business days.

Can I return or exchange an item?

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will assist you as soon as possible.

Is the jewelry waterproof?

To maintain the quality and shine of the jewelry, we recommend avoiding contact with water, perfume, and prolonged exposure to humid environments.

Will the product look exactly like the photos?

All product images are taken of the actual items. Due to differences in lighting and screen settings, there may be slight color variations.

How do I contact customer service?

You can reach us via the live chat on our website. We will respond as soon as possible during business hours.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently support bank transfer (wire transfer) and PayPal. After placing your order, the system will provide the bank account details. Please complete the payment within the given deadline.

What is the daily order cutoff time?

Orders with confirmed payment before 3:00 PM (15:00) each day will be processed for shipment the same day. Orders received after the cutoff will be processed the next business day.
